Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a pet nutrition manufacturing company that also operates the Chonyan brand. We provide OEM, ODM and private-label services from our manufacturing site in Heyuan, China.
Which dosage forms do you manufacture?
Our capabilities include selected solid, liquid and semi-solid formats. See our Dosage Forms page for the full list. Final scope depends on licence, formula, equipment and project review.
Do you work with both cat and dog products?
Yes. We recommend defining species-specific serving, flavor, texture and ingredient requirements rather than assuming one design fits both.
Development
Can you develop a formula from our concept?
Yes, through an ODM route. We need the target market, species, positioning, ingredients, format, packaging, volume and launch timing to define the work.
Can you use our formula?
We can assess it through an OEM route. It must pass ingredient, process, stability, equipment and target-market review.
Can you match a reference product?
A benchmark can guide sensory, format and packaging targets. We do not guarantee an exact copy or use of third-party intellectual property.
Do you support palatability work?
Yes. Scope may include flavor direction, texture, serving method and agreed prototype or comparative testing.
Samples, MOQ and lead time
Can we order samples first?
Yes. Sample type, quantity, fee and timing depend on the dosage form and development work required.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ is project-specific. See the full list of factors on our Pilot & Small-Batch page.
What is your lead time?
Timing is confirmed after formula, specification, artwork, materials and production plan are agreed.
Do you support pilot batches?
Yes, when technically and commercially appropriate. The pilot scope is defined around what must be validated before scale-up.
Packaging & Private Label
Which packaging formats are available?
Depending on product format: bottles, jars, pouches, stick packs, tubes, spout pouches, droppers and selected blister options may be assessed.
Can you print our label and packaging?
Yes, subject to approved artwork, print specifications, supplier minimums and project terms.
Do you create brand design?
We can coordinate packaging execution and label inputs. Full brand identity or artwork design should be included only when specifically agreed.
Quality, Testing & Documents
Which tests do you perform?
Testing depends on dosage form, specification and target market. The agreed release plan may include physical, microbiological, nutrient, active, contaminant, oxidation or packaging checks as applicable.
Can you arrange third-party testing?
Yes, where required. Laboratory, method, sample plan, cost and timing should be agreed before production.
What documents can you provide?
Depending on the project: specification, COA, batch and traceability information, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate information and selected agreed statements.
Can you review our label?
We can coordinate manufacturing-related label inputs and wording observations. Final legal compliance remains subject to the buyer's target market and local professional review.
Does a factory certificate mean our product is approved?
No. A site certification or registration does not approve an individual product, claim, formula or import status.
Commercial & Confidentiality
Do you sign NDAs?
We can review a mutual NDA before detailed confidential information is exchanged.
What payment and Incoterms do you offer?
Payment terms, currency, Incoterms and shipment responsibilities are agreed in the quotation and contract for each order.
Can we audit the factory?
Buyer audits or visits can be discussed according to project stage, confidentiality, site rules and scheduling.
